Detroit Lions coach Dan Campbell was thrown into the limelight during Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills, but not for the usual reasons.
The Lions fell 47-42 to the Bills, and while there was plenty of talk after the game about Detroit’s prospects moving forward, the coach was in the news because a close-up of him showed his non-white teeth.
That prompted White Pearl Company to reach out and offer him a lifetime supply of whitening products to combat the issue.

“After Detroit Lions Head Coach Dan Campbell recently went viral for his noticeably stained teeth, we’d like to extend an offer to help tackle this issue head-on,” the company’s founder Angely Almazan told TMZ.
“We are proud to offer Coach Campbell a lifetime supply of our professional teeth whitening products and services to ensure his smile matches the energy and excellence he brings to his team.’
“Coach, the offer stands whenever you’re ready to flash that winning smile.”
Campbell the face of Detroit’s turnaround
Although there wasn’t much for Campbell to smile about on Sunday, there’s been plenty of positives over the past 12 months.
Campbell has turned things around in Detroit, transforming the team from one of the NFL’s worst to one of the best in the league.
The Lions even won their first playoff game in over 30 years with Campbell in charge, which saw them advance to the NFC Championship Game.
Although they came up short against the San Francisco 49ers and failed to make the Super Bowl, the Lions are once again in the mix this season.
However injuries to names like Aidan Hutchinson, David Montgomery, and Alim McNeil have derailed their momentum, though they remain the No.1 seed in the NFC with three weeks left in the regular season.
