Travis Kelce‘s recent glow-up has caught the attention of fans and experts alike, with the Kansas City Chiefs Instagram account sparking a buzz by sharing transformation photos of its star players on Thursday.
Comparing Kelce‘s current appearance with his early days on the team, fans couldn’t help but notice the tight end’s remarkable evolution over the years.
Observations made by famous dermatologists
Dermatologist Dr. Jeremy Brauer elaborated on the changes observed in Kelce‘s appearance, highlighting subtle anatomical shifts that occur with age. According to Brauer, these include the repositioning of facial fat and a gradual loss of skin elasticity.
Examining Kelce‘s photos, Brauer noted minimal signs of aging such as fine lines around the eyes and forehead, emphasizing that these are normal and expected as individuals grow older.
“In general, men have several anatomic facial features that may contribute to different apparent rates of aging, including increased skin thickness and muscle mass,” Brauer told Page Six.
“These signs of aging can be explained by loss of bone.”
Another expert, dermatologist Dr. Samira Bassiri-Tehrani, praised Kelce‘s well-maintained appearance, attributing it in part to diligent sun protection.
Considering Kelce‘s exposure to the sun during football games, Bassiri-Tehrani noted that his skin showed no visible sun damage like brown spots, suggesting a consistent use of broad-spectrum sunscreen.
Both dermatologists dispelled any speculation of cosmetic procedures, affirming that there were no indications of surgical or injectable treatments in Kelce‘s case.
