Savannah James makes surprising confession about relationship with LeBron: I wasn’t always in love

Savannah James has offered a glimpse into her personal journey, reflecting on her relationship with herself and sharing an emotional message for her younger self. This moment of vulnerability shed light on the struggles Savannah has faced in prioritizing self-care amidst her many roles.

Her heartfelt acknowledgment emphasizes the importance of self-love-a message that resonates deeply, especially for those who often put others first.

“I love my kids. I love my husband. I love my family. I love my friends,” Savannah said in a recent episode of the Everybody’s Crazy podcast. “But I wasn’t always in love with myself. So I would tell myself to open your heart. You’re worthy. You’re enough.”

Finding herself

Savannah has not been shy about sharing her challenges in the past. During the pandemic, she opened up about feeling emotionally drained and how it impacted her ability to be fully present for her family.

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, she reflected, “If I’m working from a glass half empty, I’m not good to anybody.”

To recharge, Savannah found solace in small, personal moments like long baths or watching makeup tutorials, offering herself an escape when life became overwhelming.

“Sometimes I felt depleted,” she shared. “I wasn’t being the best version of a mother, of myself, to my husband. It was just hard to be fully present.”

Her honesty reveals a side of her life that isn’t always sunshine and roses, even for someone as seemingly poised as Savannah James.

Savannah‘s journey toward self-discovery has also included building meaningful connections outside her immediate circle.

Since moving to Los Angeles, she has embraced new opportunities for growth and social engagement, stepping out of her comfort zone.

“Something that I started to do here in the last maybe three or four years is to say, I want to welcome any relationship, any connection that is put in front of me that’s worth having,” Savannah explained on the podcast.
