Skip Bayless fired a warning to the Kansas City Chiefs that nobody views the Arrowhead Stadium as a fortress anymore, despite their victory over the Los Angeles Chargers maintaining their 100% home record.

They have now clinched the division for the ninth consecutive season, and a defeat for the Buffalo Bills also handed them clear control of the AFC conference yet Bayless isn’t convinced by Patrick Mahomes’ side.
“Celebrate now, Chiefs,” Bayless warned Kansas City via X.com, formerly Twitter. “But nobody is scared of Arrowhead any more. Borrowed time.”
His post gained 3300 likes and 433 comments and was full of fans agreeing and disagreeing, proving how controversial his judgement is but it wasn’t the only controversial call of the night he made as Bayless had also previously posted, “If I were the Chiefs, I’d be concerned I’m using up every one of my 9 lives – all my luck – during the regular season.”
The Chiefs now improve to 12-1 for the year and will look to keep the good times rolling in Week 15 against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, December 15 in Ohio. The game will kick off at 13:00 ET/10:00 PT.

It was another week where Patrick Mahomes seemed unimpressive on paper compared to the likes of Josh Allen, but it was another week where he secured an all-important victory for his team.
The 29-year-old quarterback passed for 210 yards and a 64.9% completion for one touchdown, but was sacked three times in the contest.
That brings his numbers to 2024 up to 3189 yards and a 68.1% completion for 20 touchdowns and 11 interceptions as he finds himself on pace for the least productive year of his career since his debut.
