Bronny James new look excites fans
“Don’t be sittin’ around thinking what I could’ve been’ … I’MA DO IT NOW!!!” wrote Bronny’s stylist on Instagram, echoing the J. Cole lyrics playing in the video of his new hairstyle.
The 19-year-old shared the video to his Instagram story, leading his 7.5 million followers to flood the stylist’s comments section with their theories.
“Bro trying new hairstyles for the nba draft,” a commenter wrote.
“Ready for Da NBA,” another joked, playing off the title of the song, Ready ’24.
When will Bronny make his decision?
Although a new hairstyle often aligns with a major public appearance and the accompanying song added a hint of urgency, there’s no telling what led James to get his new braids.
The 2024 NBA Draft is still two months away, and based on reports, Bronny plans to test the waters in the pre-draft process to find out how NBA teams value his talent. Many scouts were unconvinced about his ability to go pro in 2024 after his up-and-down freshman year at USC, but LeBron’s desire to play one season with his son – with the Lakers or elsewhere – has long been public knowledge.
If Bronny does not go the NBA route, then he will face a decision of which school to transfer to next year. One rumored destination is Duquesne University because of LeBron’s connection to their coach, but he will have no shortage of suitors.
Bronny is in no rush to make a decision, but that doesn’t stop social media from jumping to conclusions.
