Drake and Kendrick Lamar have a stranglehold on pop culture at the moment. Their personal beef has resulted in nine diss tracks in total being released over the last month and a half.

Most listeners will tell you that Kendrick has handily come out on top, whether more songs come out or not. And that appears to be the case at clubs, too, as we’ve seen his more commercial-friendly “Not Like Us” getting playtime at bars and nightclubs. On Thursday night, it came on while NBA legend LeBron James was on the dance floor.

LeBron seemed to be enjoying the song. In the forefront of the video was Daylyt, a notorious battle rapper who has a penchant for crafting mind-bending lyrics while dissing other rappers.

Lamar’s “Euphoria” also sounded at one point throughout the night. James did his best to not go too crazy while listening.

James hasn’t publicly given any take on the battle between Drake and Kendrick. He did address it early on when Drake released “Push-Ups”.

Drake and LeBron have mingled plenty throughout their careers, and James has even been spotted wearing an OVO owl chain. James was put into a tough position by the DJ.
